Delivery

Please allow 14 days for delivery. Mirrors are packaged individually and sent by registered courier.

Every mirror is hand-made and unique, therefore during peak periods there may be a short delay whilst creating your individual mirror. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and will do everything possible to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Every effort is made to hand-craft each individual mirror as closely to the images shown as possible. However, minor difference are inevitable due to shell availability and natural differences. This makes every shell mirror unique.

Courier & Packing charge
35 per mirror

Bespoke mirrors are for collection only. Delivery can be arranged but please contact us for details of applicable delivery charge.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your mirror please return within 14 days and your money will be refunded. Please notify us by email at enquiries@shellmirrors.co.uk, or telephone us on 07831 555559 if you need to return items, giving details of your order. We will then provide you with a Returns Address. It is, of course, the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all returned items are appropriately packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in return transit.

No-fault Returns
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations allow consumers 7 working days to cancel an order. Please write to us within 7 working days advising us of this via email enquiries@shellmirrors.co.uk or letter, quoting your order number or reference and return the goods no longer required or mistakenly ordered. Goods may be returned (for any reason) for a full refund (on goods only) up to 7 days after receipt of the order. We can only accept goods back that are complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. Goods must be returned in the original box, complete with packing and accessories (if applicable) at the customer's expense. A refund for the goods will only be made to the card on which the order was taken. For your own peace of mind we recommend using a form of delivery that requires a signature.

Faulty Goods
Shell Mirrors will replace faulty goods with a replacement item or your money will be refunded. Faulty items must be returned to us in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be securely packaged and a certificate of posting must be obtained from the Post Office.
